tub or shower upgrade!
Bath Planet SW Virginia recently transformed a bathroom in Rocky Gap, VA, with a modern tub and shower upgrade. The project focused on combining style, safety, and functionality, giving the space a refreshed look with enhanced lighting and a contemporary design.
Installation Process: Standard Tub System with Modern Features
The remodel began with the installation of a 60x32x17 LHD White Straight Bath Tub, forming the foundation of the upgraded bathing area. Surrounding the tub, a 3-wall system in White with Black Grout Fairfield, extending to the ceiling, was installed to create a bold, contemporary look. A Glossy White ceiling panel was added to complete the clean, polished appearance. For comfort and convenience, the bathroom received a Delta 17 standard shower valve and showerhead in chrome finish, providing reliable functionality. To improve visibility and ambiance, a new can light was installed above the tub area, connected to the existing light switch.
Benefits of the Upgraded Tub-and-Shower
The completed space blends functionality, safety, and modern style. The striking wall pattern with contrasting grout adds visual interest, while the glossy ceiling panel brightens the bathroom. The Delta 17 shower system ensures everyday convenience, and the new lighting enhances both usability and atmosphere. Durable materials and thoughtful design make this bathroom a long-lasting, low-maintenance retreat.
Why choose a Tub and Shower Upgrade?
A modern tub and shower system elevates both the look and functionality of a bathroom. With stylish wall options, effective lighting, and high-quality fixtures, homeowners enjoy a space that’s safer, easier to maintain, and more enjoyable every day.
