From start to finish was a great experience. Brandon was very thorough with our quote and what to expect with installation. He told us it would take 4-5 months to get scheduled. I was disappointed by this considering I have needed a bathroom remodel for 16 years now. My house was built in 1970 with no upgrades. Brandon was able to get me on the schedule within 4. The install was supposed to only be 1-2 days but ended up being 2 and half. It was a one man crew. If there were more working to help our installer, it would have been 1 day. It was a struggle considering we only have one bathroom. But the struggle and wait was well worth it. Our installer, Glen, was very prompt on arriving every morning with a smile and very polite. Cleaned up daily before leaving. He did a fantastic job and we have no complaints whatsoever. It was pricey but again well worth it. 5 stars for sure. The pros out weighed any cons. Very satisfied and will recommend this company to any and all.

The whole process was easy. The installation went smooth. One day to remove the old one piece fiberglass shower and prep the wall and floor and install the new shower base. The second day to install the rest of the new stall shower parts. We did notice a few drips from the shower drain pipe and they came back the next day to tighten the seal which solved the problem immediately.

Installation was fairly smooth. We didn't notice that the glass was clear with the first install until we reviewed the finished job. In our contract we specified obscure glass. Yesterday they installed the correct glass. Noted in the first install was that it was leaking at the door. This time they installed a vinyl strip on the door. Since it was just installed yesterday the jury is still out on whether it will leak at the door. Time will tell. All the installers were easy to work with and did a good job.

Overall we had a great experience with Bath Planet. The finished project looks great and is a huge improvement over what we had. Glen was the gentleman who did (most of) the work and as customers we felt valued as he listened to our concerns and questions. We purchased a new walk-in shower and toilet from Bath Planet. Kevin, our installer, did a great job! He replaced our bath tub and old toilet with the new shower and toilet. It was very labor intensive. He completed the job in two days. He took care to cover and protect our floors and left our house clean. We highly recommend Bath Planet and Kevin.

Best by far!At the initial showroom visit, the salesperson Jeff asked what I was looking for, what I wanted (instead of pushing what they had) He was very knowledgeable and wanted to be sure I understood all the options (and there are many! This is not one-size-fits-all.) The person who came to measure the bathroom space and set all the contract specs (Travis) spent time to ensure I would be happy with the work. Finally Jason the installer arrived as scheduled each day, was friendly & professional, had a great sense of humor, worked carefully to protect the floors. The finished project is perfect in appearance and performance: no notes, no punch list.BATH PLANET is the company you WANT in your home.

Great Craftsmanship!!! Love our new bathroom. From discussing the project to having it installed. There were some mishaps as changes needed to be made but they were minor and the changes were exactly what were needed. It was simply worth the wait. Would highly recommended BathPlanet!!!!

Installer Martin Aguilar was very professional and did a good job, but the salesmen Travis Valkenburg was over the top with a timeline for when install would be done in 3 months, and it took 6 months. We were also promised we could call anytime with questions, but we had a very difficult time getting someone to call us back. Just did not seem flexible, and no place has 5 stars that's not realistic.

I cannot give a 5 star review because the job took 5 trips of guys comingin to get it done right . First of all the sheet rock work was hungsideways (using scrap pieces they had on hand and there was a huge gap on1 wall that the filled with mud as well as on the other wall over thetoilet. one was not even sanded down and I didn't come across it till afterI had primed and painted the rest of the bathroom and you could clearly seethe gaps in the walls where they had mudded the big gaps and it wasunprofessional to say the least. . 3rd trip in the guy did sand it down andI had to re prime and paint it..He didn't do the measurements correctly after he got the cabinet and sinkput in and mounted the light fixture too low , then he mounted themedicine cabinet so low it almost touched the sink spigot which I pointedout to him.. And in order to raise it higher he had to remount the lightfixture upside down in order to be able to open the doors. But it was stilltoo low so he had to remount it higher at which point I had to point out hehad hung the cabinet upside down.So now there was more mud work to do to fill all the holes to be sanded,primed and painted. Finally they sent in another group of guys to re mudthe walls and correct the issues wich took 2 more days They mudded somemuch on the walls. We had to re prime and re-paint all the walls AGAIN.Then we had to wait till Monday for a guy to come and finally correctlymount the medicine cabinet only to find out not only was it mountedwrong and upside down in the first place but it was mounted wrong again theprevious time and the door were on the the wrong sides.I honestly feel after all this we deserve a discount on the price we paidfor the work to be done. We were expecting a professional job not apiece mill work puzzle put together and didn't not plan to prime iot andpaint it 3 times and have to but more paint because of it. We were told to speak to Randy about and discount /refund on part of the bathroom job but have yet to hear from him. I'd hate to think this is how he leaves his customers feeling.

We can highly recommend Bath Planet of SW Virginia. The professionalism of everyone we dealt with including our installer, Glen, was amazing. I've never had contractors that were so neat before. He cleaned up, including shaking out the drop cloths, and stored all his tools in the space left by the tub after the first day.Glen took out the tub surround, went down to the studs and replaced all the sheetrock. What could have been a huge mess, was well contained.To be completely honest, I wasn't sure if going with a franchise was the right way to go. I didn't want any high pressure sales - just an idea of what the job would entail. Travis was upfront and honest about what it would entail, the cost and when it would be installed. He never pressured us, it was like dealing with a friend and not a salesman. We were so impressed that we signed the contract.Our new shower is amazing, we are so pleased with the work and it's kitty approved 🙂

Typically, I rarely post product/service reviews. However, I have to share this one. If your are considering a bathroom remodel you absolutely MUST call this company ! They are professional, responsive and install an exceptionally high quality product - at a reasonable price. Our meeting with Travis was informative and without the “high pressure” sales pitch. We got information from other companies that was not even in the same league with Bath Planet ! If you want a great result from a professional company, then this is the right choice. You won’t regret it !

Had two 70s style bathrooms in a house we purchased upgraded. Josh did an excellent job installing everything and even came back in a week to change out a diverter that wasn't working right due to the water pressure. He explained why the water ran from both the faucet and shower head and left suggestions on what to do in the event the situation occurs again. He answered all questions during the initial installation, gave us recommendations and is very thorough in his work. I definitely recommend this company if you're looking to upgrade or renovate a bath.

nice work. i do have an opportunity for consideration. i would like to suggest that the silicone caulk used at the seam between the wall panels and the walls be paintable. after the work was done the installer advised that wall paint would not stick to the caulk. we would need to cover the silicone caulk with a paintable caulk. if paintable silicone caulk is available, i would suggest you change to that type where the wall panels meet the sheetrock walls.

Glenn and Josh did a fantastic job! They redesigned my basement bathroom and put in flooring, a new hot water heater and a free standing tub! They did a great job repairing the drywall to prep for painting (damage not done by them). They then replaced the upstairs tub with a walk-in tub. They were meticulous and treated my home with great care. Thank you so much for a fabulous job! Would highly recommend. Wish they did more rooms than just bathrooms. 😎

Bath Planet came in and put down new flooring in our dining room, kitchen, and utility room. They also did 2 bathroom's redoing them completely. The guys came in and took out our tubs replacing them with walk in shower's, replaced our toilets, vanities with sink's and new flooring. The first day 4 men came, the second and third day only 2 came all the work was completed and they did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend BATH PLANET!!!

I waited 2 months after actual installation in order to give this a thorough review. Priscilla initially worked with us to prepare the contract and was very patient in answering our many questions for the installation of a Walk-in Tub System with walls, jets, bubbles, lights, rain shower, grab bars, shelves, and shower rod. Adding to the complexity of the job we added the plumbing and drain moved from the right side to the left side. You really need experts to complete a job like this. The installation by Jason and Mitch was absolutely outstanding. After the installation an issue did develop with the Drain Lever not working properly. Josh (Project Manager) promptly followed up on ordering the part and Josh installed it to correct the issue. Josh kept us informed every step of the way. Also, Travis stopped by several times to review the job. My wife really loves the Walk-in Tub System with all the bells and whistles and I enjoy the Rain Shower which is excellent! If you take on a project like this and moving the plumbing and the drain you definitely need experts. Bath Planet SW Virginia has the experts. Thanks again to Priscilla, Jason, Mitch, Josh, and Travis for an outstanding result!
