Pricilla was great to work with and helped tremendously helping us look at different options for our bathroom, Jason the installer, you couldn’t ask for a more polite guy and knowledge of bathroom install doesn’t get any better then that guy, you want him on the job site, we were blessed to find the company and people at Bath Planet, oh by the way this is our 2nd complete bathroom renovation with them, my wife and I are just so happy with the work and our new bathrooms.Chris & Tammy retired U.S Navy

Mitchell , who did the demolition, who did the demo was fast and cleaned up his mess. Then Kevin came in for 3 days of putting in the walk-in shower, new vanity, sink , faucets, make-up mirror and lights over the vanity as well as the make-up shelf. We love it! Now just putting it all back together! And thanks to Pricilla for all of her suggestions. Bath Planet, you do wonderful work!

It was a nice change to have a company that actually returned phone calls when they said they would, they also showed up on time which does not seem to happen often when dealing in construction. The tech was considerate of my neighbors, he took precautions not to damage the new driveway or carport. He was also extremely polite and well spoken. I had to work both days that he was here, he always left my home in clean, neat order, and kept me informed via phone of the progress. I was comfortable with him in my home. I felt that I could have found another company to do the work for less money, but to me, it was worth the extra to have such a positive human experience and a very professional outcome of the work provided. I have waited 33 years for this walk in shower install. I am very pleased that I went with Bath Planet of SW Virginia.

From start to finish was a great experience. Brandon was very thorough with our quote and what to expect with installation. He told us it would take 4-5 months to get scheduled. I was disappointed by this considering I have needed a bathroom remodel for 16 years now. My house was built in 1970 with no upgrades. Brandon was able to get me on the schedule within 4. The install was supposed to only be 1-2 days but ended up being 2 and half. It was a one man crew. If there were more working to help our installer, it would have been 1 day. It was a struggle considering we only have one bathroom. But the struggle and wait was well worth it. Our installer, Glen, was very prompt on arriving every morning with a smile and very polite. Cleaned up daily before leaving. He did a fantastic job and we have no complaints whatsoever. It was pricey but again well worth it. 5 stars for sure. The pros out weighed any cons. Very satisfied and will recommend this company to any and all.

The whole process was easy. The installation went smooth. One day to remove the old one piece fiberglass shower and prep the wall and floor and install the new shower base. The second day to install the rest of the new stall shower parts. We did notice a few drips from the shower drain pipe and they came back the next day to tighten the seal which solved the problem immediately.

I waited 2 months after actual installation in order to give this a thorough review. Priscilla initially worked with us to prepare the contract and was very patient in answering our many questions for the installation of a Walk-in Tub System with walls, jets, bubbles, lights, rain shower, grab bars, shelves, and shower rod. Adding to the complexity of the job we added the plumbing and drain moved from the right side to the left side. You really need experts to complete a job like this. The installation by Jason and Mitch was absolutely outstanding. After the installation an issue did develop with the Drain Lever not working properly. Josh (Project Manager) promptly followed up on ordering the part and Josh installed it to correct the issue. Josh kept us informed every step of the way. Also, Travis stopped by several times to review the job. My wife really loves the Walk-in Tub System with all the bells and whistles and I enjoy the Rain Shower which is excellent! If you take on a project like this and moving the plumbing and the drain you definitely need experts. Bath Planet SW Virginia has the experts. Thanks again to Priscilla, Jason, Mitch, Josh, and Travis for an outstanding result!

Installation was fairly smooth. We didn't notice that the glass was clear with the first install until we reviewed the finished job. In our contract we specified obscure glass. Yesterday they installed the correct glass. Noted in the first install was that it was leaking at the door. This time they installed a vinyl strip on the door. Since it was just installed yesterday the jury is still out on whether it will leak at the door. Time will tell. All the installers were easy to work with and did a good job.

Overall we had a great experience with Bath Planet. The finished project looks great and is a huge improvement over what we had. Glen was the gentleman who did (most of) the work and as customers we felt valued as he listened to our concerns and questions. He also was attentive to protecting our carpets and floors throughout the course of the project and left our home in very clean condition, which we really appreciated. We're so glad we had it done and we would recommend Bath Planet.

We had a 50 year old bathroom with leaks and moisture in the surround tile work. We remodeled the rest of the bathroom, but did not want to tackle the tub and surround. After several months of talking to various companies, subcontractors and handymen, we found BathPlanet on line. Thirty minutes into the meeting with Travis Valkenburg, the Design Consultant, we knew they were the people for the Job. Travis was professional, he knew his business. He presented products and options genuinely and honestly. We thought we knew what we wanted, but changed our mind several times as Travis made us aware of other things to consider. Thing we had never realized or thought about. Adding to the success of the installation was definitely the up front discussion and planning with Travis. The finished product was high quality, everything we wanted or needed, and far exceeded our expectations. The gentlemen who performed the work could not have been more courteous, conscientious, or skilled. Each day they covered all the floors and protected the home. They left everything cleaner than when they arrived. I was comfortable with them in my home. Most impressive to me was the work ethic and the genuine pride these gentlemen displayed in their workmanship. They were as happy and proud as we were when they presented us with the finished product. In two days they turned a mess into a work of art.We might have found someone to do this bathroom cheaper, but you get what you pay for. We got a great deal!I highly recommend BathPlanet

Best by far!At the initial showroom visit, the salesperson Jeff asked what I was looking for, what I wanted (instead of pushing what they had) He was very knowledgeable and wanted to be sure I understood all the options (and there are many! This is not one-size-fits-all.) The person who came to measure the bathroom space and set all the contract specs (Travis) spent time to ensure I would be happy with the work. Finally Jason the installer arrived as scheduled each day, was friendly & professional, had a great sense of humor, worked carefully to protect the floors. The finished project is perfect in appearance and performance: no notes, no punch list.BATH PLANET is the company you WANT in your home.

Installer Martin Aguilar was very professional and did a good job, but the salesmen Travis Valkenburg was over the top with a timeline for when install would be done in 3 months, and it took 6 months. We were also promised we could call anytime with questions, but we had a very difficult time getting someone to call us back. Just did not seem flexible, and no place has 5 stars that's not realistic.
