When these Radford, VA homeowners decided it was time to update their bathroom, Bath Planet SWVA transformed the space with a new walk-in shower, updated flooring, and several functional improvements. The renovation also repurposed an existing shower stall into a convenient towel closet, making better use of the available space.
From Outdated Tub to Walk-In Shower
The old bathtub was removed and replaced with a spacious walk-in shower featuring white and grayline acrylic walls etched in our Fairfield Design. The homeowners paired the walls with a matching white shower pan, corner shelves, and a white-on-white folding seat for added comfort and accessibility.
Chrome fixtures complete the shower, including a shower valve, handheld shower on a slider bar, grab bars, a clip, and clear glass door. The combination of clean white finishes and chrome fixtures gives the new shower a bright, timeless look.
A More Functional Bathroom
The existing shower stall was also removed and converted into a dedicated towel closet with a bifold door, providing the homeowners with valuable storage while making better use of the bathroom’s layout.
To complete the renovation, Bath Planet SWVA installed new flooring and a new toilet, giving the entire bathroom a refreshed and cohesive appearance.
