Covington, VA, Complete Bathroom Remodel
This recent Covington, VA, bathroom renovation completely transformed the space with a new neo-angle shower, wainscoting, updated flooring, and an ADA-compliant toilet. The homeowners chose to retain their original vanity, mirror, and lighting, allowing us to preserve familiar features while creating a refreshed, cohesive bathroom.
A Complete Neo-Angle Shower Transformation
The renovation began with the removal of the original neo-angle shower. We replaced it with a new solid-surface neo-angle shower pan paired with smooth Calcutta acrylic wall panels. The elegant marble-inspired finish creates a clean, modern appearance while offering the easy maintenance of acrylic.
Matching Calcutta corner shelves provide convenient storage while maintaining a consistent look throughout the shower. To further tie the design together, the homeowners selected matching Calcutta acrylic wainscoting that extends around the entire bathroom.
Brushed Nickel Fixtures and Custom Glass
Brushed nickel fixtures bring a polished, contemporary finish to the new shower. The homeowners selected matching grab bars, a coordinating trim kit, and a rain shower head to complete the fixture package.
The custom glass shower enclosure features brushed nickel accents that complement the fixtures and tie the entire wet area together. Combined with the smooth Calcutta walls and solid-surface pan, these details create a unified design that balances style with everyday functionality.
New Flooring and Accessibility Features
Beyond the shower, we continued the renovation with new bathroom flooring to complement the updated finishes. We also installed a new ADA-compliant toilet, adding an important accessibility feature to the remodeled space.
While much of the bathroom received a complete refresh, the homeowners wanted to keep their original vanity, mirror, and lighting. We carefully reinstalled these existing features, incorporating them into the newly remodeled bathroom.
