Roanoke, VA Shower Upgrade

Bath Planet Southwest Virginia recently completed a full shower upgrade in Roanoke, VA. The project transformed an outdated bathroom into a modern, highly functional space. The new design emphasizes durability, accessibility, and a clean, cohesive appearance.

Smooth Tuscany Acrylic Wall System with Ceiling Panel

This remodel features a smooth Tuscany acrylic wall system for a seamless, elegant finish. The walls are grout-free and resist mold, mildew, and stains. A matching white acrylic ceiling panel completes the enclosure. The bright surfaces reflect light and make the shower feel larger and more open.

Matte Black Delta Shower System and Fixtures

The shower includes a Delta 17 trim kit for consistent temperature and pressure control. Matte black fixtures provide a bold, contemporary contrast against the tuscany marbled walls. A handheld showerhead on a slider bar adds flexibility for daily use. Grab bars enhance safety while maintaining a modern aesthetic.

Accessibility Features for Everyday Comfort

This upgrade was designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. A folding seat offers a secure place to sit when needed. The seat folds neatly away to maximize standing space. These features improve safety and support long-term usability.

Glass Enclosure for a Clean, Open Look

A sliding glass door with matte black hardware completes the shower enclosure. The design allows light to pass through easily. This creates a bright, open feel while maintaining a sleek appearance.

Additional Bathroom Improvements

Beyond the wet area, several upgrades enhance the entire bathroom. New luxury vinyl tile flooring adds durability and style. A new vanity and medicine cabinet improve storage and functionality. An updated exhaust fan supports proper ventilation and moisture control.
