To make this shower safer without compromising design, we installed two matte black grab bars, one 18″ and one 24″, strategically placed for support. These bars help prevent slips and offer extra stability, especially helpful for aging homeowners or anyone recovering from injury. We also added a Euro-style sliding glass door with inside and outside bars, giving users something secure to hold when stepping in or out of the shower. Together, these features add subtle but important layers of safety.

The complete renovation also includes a new toilet, new flooring, and finished walls ready for paint.

Bath Planet SWVA recently completed a Farmville, VA bathroom remodel, replacing an outdated fiberglass tub unit with a new acrylic tub and shower system.
