The inclusion of a handheld Speakman shower head adds flexible use for daily routines, while four acrylic shelves provide easy-to-reach storage for shower essentials. All features were carefully placed to enhance functionality without sacrificing design.

The homeowners were approved for financing through GreenSky with a 0% interest plan, requiring no deposit upfront. From project approval, the expected start date was scheduled 4–5 months out, giving plenty of time to plan without pressure.
